Replace the brakes.
The pads and tyres were already approaching replacement time at Jastrząb. Brake pads, discs, lines and fluid are on the list for the next outing.

My 2013 Scion FR-S.
I bought the car in November 2025 and had the engine rebuilt, including a new short block. It has an automatic gearbox and is essentially stock apart from a GReddy air intake. My first track day was at Autodrom Jastrząb on 29 August 2026.

Preparing for the next track day.
Review the recordings.
RaceChrono recorded lap times, vehicle data and heart rate. I also have GoPro footage to compare with the data.
Improve cooling.
The temperature readings at Jastrząb put an engine-oil cooler on the list. I am also monitoring transmission temperature.
Work on my driving.
Braking consistency and confidence in the car’s grip are the main things I want to improve.
